Morgan, my little sis, got her tonsils out a few weeks ago.
The doctor told her she had an “acute” case, which means her tonsils were in pretty bad shape. They were so messed up, in fact, the doctor asked if he could call in his nurse to show her just how bad it was. That’s when you know you’ve a special kind of problem. ✨
So, after the surgery Morgan was stuck at home in bed for awhile and eating lots mushy food. You know, the usual things you do after getting your tonsils out.
And when people are stuck at home with nothing much to do, I recruit. Sometimes I’m pretty good at getting people to do things on my behalf. Well, everyone except my husband. These skills just don’t seem to work on him very well.
The blog was needing a little more color and a header with some personality, so Morgan took on the challenge of creating something fun and watercolor-y. I think the new header image looks great and flows really well with the rest of the site design.
Then with Morgan’s new-found Photoshop watercolor skills we decided to have her create some iPhone backgrounds for everyone to download and use for free! Isn’t she nice!?
You guys are so lucky! Enjoy!
